Trixene® BI 7642 by Lanxess is a cross-linker for hydroxyl-functional resins (polyester, urethane, acrylic etc). The isocyanates type of product is toluene diisocyanate prepolymer and blocking agent is MEKO. Trixene® BI 7642 is an aromatic trixene blocked isocyanates in propylene glycol methyl ether acetate (PMA)/xylene. It is used in transportation and coil industry. This additive is also suitable for primer/base coat.
