Chartwell B-515.4W by Chartwell International is a zero VOC, aqueous solution of amino functional metal organic adhesion promoter synthesized with a stable preneutralized metal complex. Used for all water-borne coatings having a pH of 7-11 including coatings formulated with acrylic/ styrenated acrylic latex emulsions and water-borne polymer dispersions of alkyds, epoxies, urethanes & others. Improves adhesion to all metals and to many plastics (treated PP/ PE and mylar), concrete, rubber, wood & ceramics and salt fog resistance. Chartwell B-515.4W reduces creep at the scribe and blistering.
