Chartwell B-515.4HR by Chartwell International is a high reactive amino functional metal organic adhesion promoter synthesized with a stable preneutralized metal complex. Used for two component epoxies & urethanes, all waterborne coatings having a pH of 7-11 including coatings formulated with acrylic/styrenated acrylic latex emulsions, water-borne polymer dispersions of alkyds, epoxies, urethanes and others. Improves adhesion to all metals and to many plastics, concrete, rubber, wood, ceramics & salt fog resistance. Chartwell B-515.4HR reduces creep at the scribe and blistering.
