CAB-O-SIL® H-5

CAB-O-SIL® H-5 by Cabot is fumed silica. Exhibits high purity, low bulk density and hydrophobic surface chemistry. Has submicron particle size and an aggregate structure. Provides good transparency, thickening, thixotrophic (shear-thinning) and anti-settling properties. Used in inks and clear coatings. Most suited for building viscosity in non-polar to medium polarity systems.
