DISPERBYK® -2001

Modified acrylate block copolymer. Acts as a high molecular weight wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-borne systems. Deflocculates pigments through steric stabilization of the pigments. Provides electrical charge to pigments. Offers high gloss and improved color strength. Increases transparency and hiding power. Reduces millbase viscosity. Exhibits improved levelling and high pigment loading. Possesses high solids content. Used in primer surfacers, base coats, and top coats of automotive/OEM, automotive refinishes, and in coil, furniture and general industrial coatings. Especially suitable for CAB-containing base-coats and all top-coats.
