DISPERBYK® -192

DISPERBYK® -192 by BYK is a VOC- and solvent-free wetting- and dispersing agent based on modified polyether. It is suitable for aqueous coating systems and liquid color masterbatches.

It provides deflocculation and steric stabilization of pigments.
Offers high gloss and improved color strength.
Increases transparency and hiding power.
It reduces viscosity, improves leveling, and allows high pigment loading.
It is specially suitable for the production of resin free, stable pigment concentrates.
Recommended dosage levels are titanium dioxides 2-5%, organic pigments 10-15% and carbon blacks 10-20%.
DISPERBYK® -192 is used for architectural-, industrial-, coil and wood and furniture coatings, automotive paints.
Also suitable for anti corrosion systems, gravure, flexographic and silk screen printing inks.
It has a shelf life of 36 months.
