BYK® -420

Byk® -420 by BYK is a solution of modified urea. Acts as a urea based liquid post-add rheological additive for aqueous coatings and pigment concentrates. Prevents settling and improves sag resistance. Provides very good anti-settling properties with low viscosity of the aqueous pigment concentrates. Do not require pH or temperature control. Imparts very little impact on the water resistance of the coatings. Exhibits good thixotropic flow behaviour and easy handling. Optimizies anti-sagging and leveling. Used in coatings and pigment concentrates.
