Polyacrylate, adsorbed on silicon dioxide. Acts as a standard anti-crater and leveling additive for powder coatings with improved anti-crater effect and improved tolerance against impurities. Improves the tolerance of the powder coating system towards contamination which might occur during production or application of powder coatings. Prevents craters, pinholes and other surface defects. Used in UV-curing powder coatings. Approved by FDA under 21 CFR (FDA) § 175.105, 175.300, 176.170, 176.180.
