Acrylate copolymer. Acts as an acrylic based leveling additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free systems. Provides "long wave" leveling performance. Prevents craters. Slightly reduces surface tension. Exhibits no negative influence on recoatability and intercoat adhesion. Improves leveling and gloss. Shows a wide compatibility with many binder systems and works best in medium polar systems. Offers good defoaming effect. Used in industrial coatings, automotive OEM formulations, as well as in coil coatings and can coatings.
