BYK® -080 A by BYK is a silicone based defoamer for solvent- and water- borne systems. It is non-aqueous emulsions of a foam destroying polysiloxanes. Prevents formation of foam and bubbles. BYK® -080 is used in amine-neutralized water-soluble paints, solvent-borne printing inks and overprint varnishes. Its recommended dosage level is 0.05-0.6 %.
