AQUAMAT® 272 by BYK is a dispersion of modified polyethylene wax for aqueous coatings. Acts as a matting agent. Provides improved surface protection. Recommended for use in architectural-, wood & furniture-, industrial coatings and leather finishes. AQUAMAT® 272 increases abrasion resistance and is also suitable printing inks and overprint varnishes. Recommended dosage is 1-6% additive based upon total formulation.
