Silcolease® PC-105 NXL

Silcolease® PC-105 NXL by Elkem Silicones is a thermally curable silicone emulsion. Acts as an easy release modifier. It is a milky-white, low vinyl content biocompatible fluid without the methyl hydrogen siloxane crosslinker pre-added. Exhibits good shear stability and excellent bath life even at high solids. Offers easy & increasing release at low stripping speeds & higher strip speeds respectively at low cure temperatures. Suitable for use in release coatings. Silcolease® PC-105 NXL, when properly used with Silcolease® PC-95 platinum catalyst and with Silcolease® PC-31, Silcolease® PC-50, or Silcolease® PC-868 crosslinker, is currently permitted for direct and indirect food contact under Sections 21CFR175.320, 21CFR176.170 and 21CFR176.180 of the Federal Register.
