Dispersion of a carboxylic polymer in water. Dispex® CX 4234 (Old name: Hydropalat® 34) by BASF acts as a hydrophobic dispersant. Offers very good scrub resistance. Possesses early blister resistance at high humidities. Possesses very good gloss development and good color acceptance. Exhibits good dispersant efficiency. Imparts very good associative thickener synergism. Used for interior and exterior architectural coatings.
