Hydropalat® 3204

Hydropalat® 3204 by BASF is partially neutralized chelating agent suitable for use in the manufacture of pigment suspensions, and emulsion paints. Combines the properties of a chelating agent and polyphosphate with those of an organic dispersant thus yielding highly concentrated, stable and low-viscosity inorganic pigment suspensions, e.g. TiO2-slurries. Hydropalat® 3204 reduces the pot-life in aqueous 2 pack PUR coatings. The recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.5% calculated on the pigment concentration. Its shelf life is 2 years.
