FoamStar® ST 2420

FoamStar® ST 2420 by BASF is hyper branched polymer-based defoamer delivered in an essentially emission-free hydrocarbon matrix. It offers very fast bubble break times and very high persistency. It is effective against microfoam and has very low odor. FoamStar® ST 2420 is used in high-performance premium flat paints (<100 g/l). In low VOC formula, it is recommended for use at level of 0.3-1.0% based on total formula weight. It complies with TSCA regulation.
