Specialty attapulgite. Acts as a rheology modifier. It is economical and of coarse particle size. Offers high gel strength. Provides very good sag resistance and suspension properties. Requires high shear to disperse. Recommended for certain applications where high residue is acceptable. Can be used in water- and solvent borne coatings. Recommended for asphalt coatings.
