EBECRYL® P116

EBECRYL® P116 by allnex is a copolymerizable reactive amine used as a hydrogen donor, or photoactivator in ultraviolet light (UV) curable coatings and inks. It exhibits light color, low viscosity, improved stability and low volatility.

• It provides faster cure response especially at the surface, low odor, no reaction with organic solvents and high gloss.
• It offers no surface migration of amine.
• EBECRYL® P116 is suitable for overprint varnishes, screen & flexo inks, wood fillers & top coats, clear coatings on paper & plastics and pigmented coatings.
• Recommended levels are 5 to 10% based on the total formulation, usually combined with 3-5% photosensitizer.
