Alcogum® L 68 by Nouryon acts as a rheology modifier. It is acrylate-based emulsion copolymer supplied at 30% active solids in water. It is a hydrophobically modified, akali swellable emulsion (HASE). The process employed in its manufacture allows fine control of the polymer structure and molecular weight. Available in North America. Alcogum® L 68 is suitable for paint formulation and latex coatings.
