Special organically modified polysiloxane. Performs the highest slip possible without foam stabilizing property. Is specially developed for polyurethane system where super slip is needed and foam stabilizing effect is undesired. Most polysiloxane with good transparency stabilize foam, or, when not stabilizing foam affect the transparency of the coating. Used in polyurethane wood coatings, polyurethane top coats in plastic coating applications like mobile phone and those plastic items that frequently touched by our hand. In these applications, slip is very important. Also used in refinish topcoat that based on polyurethane. Addition and dosage: 0.05 – 0.50% on total formulation. In general under normal conditions, the dosage is 0.05 – 0.30% based on total formulation.
