Organically modified polyether polysiloxane. Acts as a slip, anti-crater and leveling additive. Is a moderate slip leveling agent but the slip characteristic is dry type. Also gives very less inner bubble sensitivity in polyurethane system. Performs as a superior additive against Bénard Cells in all solvent-based systems. Suitable for industrial baking systems, where baking temperature is less than 170ºC. Can be added into the grinding phase to speed up the wetting and grinding speed of pigments. Due to the foam stabilizing behavior not suitable for foam sensitive systems like solvent-free epoxy floor coatings. Addition and dosage: 0.1- 1.0% on total formulation. In general under normal conditions, the dosage is 0.2 – 0.5% based on total formulation.
