3N® MgH-2000T

Magnesium hydroxide. It acts as a non-halogen flame retardant and smoke suppressant. It is treated with stearic acid and has excellent thermal stability of up to 340°C, which enables its use where aluminum hydroxide is not sufficiently stable. It is environmental friendly since no toxic or corrosive gases are generated during its decomposition process. It is used in coating materials.
