Hyper 80

Hyper 80 by 20 Microns is calcined clay. Improves opacity and finds application in partial replacement of titanium dioxide & substantial replacement of synthetic aluminum silicates. Exhibits better opacity and whiteness, better scrub resistance and replacement of synthetic aluminum silicates. Hyper 80 is used in water-based paints because of their excellent balance of properties and cost performance. Morphological, mineralogical and chemical changes occur during calcination which result in products with excellent optical properties.
